New Paradigm Thoughts
1. The 4th chakra is the center of your essence -
the 'you' that has existed through each of your incarnations.
2. The 8th chakra holds your 'Divine opportunity' for this lifetime.
Within this 'field' lie answers on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realms.
This class will include chakra 'practice exercises' including reading, testing for balance, and clearing/balancing another.
If you choose to participate, we will be working on the floor.
Please bring a blanket (and a pillow if you desire) that you can sit/lay upon.
