Quick Thoughts:
1. Emotions are the power source that drive us forward in life. They either serve or destroy us. To serve us, they must be channeled and focused. Without clear direction, emotions become scattered and chaotic.
2. There are only two emotions – love and fear. All other emotions are derivatives of these two (depression, guilt, doubt, frustration, trust, pleasure, enthusiasm, gratitude, etc.)
3. In order to have a different future, you must cultivate a different mental and emotional ‘energy’ or state of being.
4. The most potent form of energy is 'thought connected to emotion'. This energy can alter your reality - change your life - by its expression of feelings through heart 'energy'.
5. Thoughts (occurring between 12,000 and 50,000 times per day) without emotions are like seeds suspended in time. They are just wishes. (This is the human body’s self-regulating protection so that every passing thought does not manifest into your reality!)
6. The heart drives the electrical coherence (consistency/regulation) of the whole body. Within the 4th chakra, the location of the heart, is the energy of feelings (thoughts + emotions).
