New Paradigm Beliefs

HOME-PLAY

(March 18th until April 15th) 

1. Continue doing the Five-Minute Routine daily.

2. Calm Triple Warmer and Strengthen Spleen meridian daily or

whenever you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed:

3. Do the Nine Hearts exercise to engage your Radiant Circuits.

4. Use Kinesiology to test foods and drugs.

5. Reset the Ileocecal and Houston's valves daily

by smoothing up 3X and down 1X.

 

Quick Thoughts:

1. The immune system is ruled by Triple Warmer (inner militia) 

and Radiant Circuits (inner mom). 

You can calm TW so it is less hypervigilant. 

When it is swollen (holding energy), Spleen is shrunken. 

This results in the body's reduced ability to process food and emotions efficiently.

 

2. You can get yourself into harmony with your lifestyle by listening to your body. 

Dis-ease shows up in the energy system

before manifesting as symptoms in your physical body.

 

3. Energetic blocks are developed as an emergency response to a perceived threat.  Meridians conscript energy to protect you. 

You can move 'stuck or stagnant' energy by drawing a counter-clockwise circle

around the area of dis-comfort using your left hand. 

Then, trace figure 8's over the area with your right hand.

 

4. The human body is connected by electrical energy. 

You must be hydrated for energy to flow properly so drink water often.  To sustain health, energy must flow in and around your body. 

 

5. Autoimmune diseases are frequently the result of a Triple Warmer/Spleen imbalance.

If the Spleen cannot adequately process food, the body is malnourished. 

The result is the release of toxins that reprogram the immune system to react in very destructive ways. 

 

6. Life is about choice. 

Nothing is more important than that you feel good. 

This is the true indicator of vibrational harmony with your higher self. 

Your success does not depend on what you do, but how you do it...

how you feel about who you are. 

Choose happy over right!
