“Understanding Your Soul’s Contract”
Notes 9.16.10
"We are born at a given moment, in a given place, and like vintage years of wine, we have the qualities of the year and of the season in which we are born."
~ Carl Gustav Jung
New Paradigm Thoughts
1. Energy is all there is!
2. Each is Divine ~ a spark ~ with high purpose.
3. Anything can be healed – changed – made beautiful – find balance.
Nature does it every day.
4. Earth School is the planet to experience polarities
so you can learn BALANCE.
5. Everyone is intuitive to some degree. Everyone gets hits. Everyone has access.
6. Thoughts are things….not fleeting.
They can change your energy field!!
Your Soul Contract is your overall relationship to power - both personal and spiritual.
· It is how you work with your energy and whom you give it to.
· It defines how much you are willing to surrender to Divine guidance and the way in which that impacts your health and healing.
The LANDSCAPE OF ENERGY that forms your Soul Contract
· Your Natal chart is your template - the architectural drawing or plan for your life. It is Divine Opportunity.
· Your physical body is your human framework - male/female - the bones, the muscles, the blood. This is Earth School.
· Your archetypes are the style or décor - the patterns, the fabric. What influences you and how?
At the precise time of your birth, the sun, the moon, and the planets were aligned in a heavenly pattern that set the direction for your life.
The Sun-Moon-Ascendant TRIAD
· THE SUN - Depicting the Yearly cycle of the seasons - your essence, core self, conscious purpose and sense of identity, your creative potential. The Integrated Personality. This is the Present.
o The sun is the most pervasive influence in your chart and in many ways determines how others see you.
· THE MOON - Depicting the Monthly cycle of the Moon's Phases - the innermost core of your being, private feelings, your subconscious habits. Karma. This is the Past.
o The moon sign is the part of you that you see.
o The moon sign represents your instinctive reactions – that side that reacts before you think. It is your inner psyche.
· THE ASCENDANT/RISING SIGN - Depicting the Daily cycle of the Earth's rotation on its axis - your outer self, how others see you, your persona, the filter through which all the planets are expressed. The Soul's Purpose. This is the Future.
o Your ascendant reflects your outward demeanor – how the world looks at you. Your personality is a blend of your sun sign and your rising sign.
o This is your image – the first impression you make on others
YIN vs. YANG
· A yang/masculine sign is direct and energetic – outer-directed and strong through action.
· A yin/feminine sign is receptive and magnetic – self-contained and strong through inner emotions.
ELEMENTS
