Consciousness =

New Paradigm Thoughts
1. The observer is always YOU.
Your lens or perception of all situations, relationships, emotions, or states of being
determines how you interpret it.
2. The way I perceive does not matter to your understanding.
To change your perception, you must change your beliefs.
3. If you are prepared or 'wired' to sense danger or fear,
that is the lens through which you will see
all situations, relationships, emotions, and states of being.
4. If you shift your perception to one of 'lovingkindness, you experience your world differently.
5. Notice what you notice. Call yourself back. Become aware of your inner compass.
6. Be happy - because you can!
(It's a choice and if you choose, it comes into your attention.)
7. Love is your own true nature - to shine your light - to touch back to your essence.
