Manuevering successfully within the world today
requires a high degree of awareness of the many influences,
both beneficial and toxic,
that may be encountered in the environment daily.
Joy or negativity can integrate your personal energy field,
impacting both your mood
and your interactions with others.
Your body can carry ecstasy or light
as easily as it can depression.
Inspired by the firm belief that
dis-comfort, dys-function, illness, or dis-ease
are simply a call to change,
I embarked on a self-directed course of 'healing'
after receiving a cancer diagnosis.
It is my firm understanding that
optimal health requires balance
between and within
your mind, your body, and your soul-spirit.
By personally employing modalities and techniques
to support my own energy field,
I am blessed today with great health
and unending happiness!
