Life is meant to be joyful.  You are designed to experience balance.  Life circumstances that do not offer delightful engagement are indicative of our own intuitive sense that something needs to change.  In today's society, change can seem frightening.  When you change, others around you must also change ... so their resistance often impedes your own success.  Parents, siblings, partners, and children are entangled in our energy fields.  Changing your 'energetic' patterns affects each of them whether they desire it or not!  Breaking old patterns requires your conscious exploration and may also involve your subconscious engagement.

 

Whether your particular challenge is related to your work, your physical health, or your life in general, setting goals is the first step toward transformation and empowerment.  Together we will develop your personal roadmap to identify present fears, needs, and habits preventing you from reaching your highest destiny.  We will set short and long term goals as well as steps for accomplishing them.  We will pursue ways to eradicate stumbling blocks from your path so that you feel 'in the flow' while building strategies that move you towards a more balanced and joyful life.  This is a PARTNERSHIP and must be respected as such.  You must be willing to change - for change in your life to occur.  I will coach, guide and support your journey as long as you continue to remain fully engaged.

 

Single (in-person or long distance) coaching sessions are scheduled for one hour.  During the first session we will assess all aspects of your life - and the impact of each on your state of balance.  The rate is $90.  Private (in-person or long distance) coaching 'plans' are available.
